International shipping fees:
At the time of order, EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping fees will be presented based on the destination region and total package weight (products, inserts, and packaging).
The total weight will be calculated automatically at checkout, allowing you to confirm the final shipping cost.
*For international orders, customs duties may apply depending on your country of residence. All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Methods and Timing
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.
Credit card payments: Charged on the billing date determined by each card issuer.
PayPay, PayPal, Shop Pay: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
Estimated Delivery Date
Standard products will be delivered within 7 days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
*Excluding year-end/New Year holidays and long holiday periods.
*Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, or delivery area.
*If otherwise stated on the product page, that information will take precedence.
Returns and Defective Products
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of defective products or incorrect shipment. Please contact us via the inquiry form and return the item within 5 days of receipt.
- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us (cash on delivery).
- If returned without prior notice and prepaid, shipping fees will not be refunded.
- If replacement is not possible due to stock shortages, a refund will be issued.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 6 days from receipt for any reason.
- If no defect is found, the item will be returned cash on delivery.
- Defective international shipments will also be refunded.
- Color differences due to viewing environments are not considered defects.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- More than 6 days have passed since product arrival
- Used, washed, cleaned, or altered items
- Items that have been modified or customized by the customer
- Items with tags or labels removed or lost
- Items with stains, scratches, or odors
- Items reported more than 7 days after receipt, even in case of delivery accidents
- Items returned more than 7 days after return instructions were given
- Items with damaged, missing, or discarded accessories or packaging
Order Cancellation
No additions, changes, or cancellations can be made after order completion. Please review your order details carefully before placing an order.
Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order changes due to customer reasons such as incorrect size, order mistakes, image differences, long absence, or refusal to accept delivery are not accepted.
Handling Absence at Delivery
If you are unavailable, a missed delivery notice will be left by the shipping company. Please arrange redelivery within the storage period.
- If the product is returned, the order may be automatically canceled.
- If redelivery is requested, round-trip shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Returned Items
Products returned due to incorrect address or expired storage period will require the customer to cover the reshipping fee (cash on delivery).
If malicious behavior (false address information, intentional refusal of delivery, etc.) is confirmed, we may refuse future orders or withhold refunds. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
