    Welcome to Michael Wanjour Japan.     This guide explains the ordering process, payment methods, shipping rules, and return/cancellation policies.  

 

Payment Methods

 

    We offer convenient payment options, including monthly installment payments.     Credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal are accepted.     All payments are securely processed using 3D Secure authentication.  

 

Orders & Shipping

 
       
  • After your order is confirmed, it will be registered as a “New Order” in our system and marked as “Paid” once payment is confirmed.

  • Once payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing and shipping your items.

  • You will receive automated email notifications when your order is confirmed and when shipment is completed.

Absence at Time of Delivery

 

    If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left by the courier.     Please contact the courier and arrange redelivery within the designated holding period.     If the item is returned to us, your order may be automatically canceled.     If you request reshipment, additional shipping fees will apply.  

 

Changing the Shipping Address

 

    Shipping address changes are only possible before the item has been shipped.     If you wish to change the address after placing your order, please contact us via the inquiry form.     For changes after shipment, you must contact the courier directly.     Additional transfer fees may apply.  

 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

    Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective items or incorrect deliveries.     Please contact us via the inquiry form and return the item within 5 days of receiving it.     Returns or exchanges requested after 6 days from delivery cannot be accepted.  

 

Customer Convenience

 

    Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference, such as size, color, or image differences,     cannot be accepted after the order has been confirmed.

  • Non-member / Below SILVER: 0.5 points per 100 yen

  • SILVER: Annual purchase of 100,000 yen or more — 1 point per 100 yen + 2,000 yen birthday coupon

  • GOLD: Annual purchase of 300,000 yen or more — 3 points per 100 yen + 3,000 yen birthday coupon + free shipping notifications
