Shipping & Delivery

Q: What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
A: A missed delivery notice will be left by the shipping company. Please arrange redelivery within the storage period. If the package is not received within the specified time, the order may be automatically canceled.

Q: Can I change the delivery address?
A: If the order has not yet been shipped, the address can be changed by contacting us via the inquiry form. After shipment, please contact the shipping company directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of defective items or incorrect delivery, and only if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as size, color, or image differences cannot be accepted.
